My Movement

My movement is a representation of your stagnation.

Read that again.  My movement is a representation of your stagnation.

My ability/courage/desire to move/do/be…. My movement to make a change, live outside the box, fulfill a dream, do something out of the norm.  Yes, that kind of movement….is a representation of your stagnation.  Others may not like when you are making it happen because you are reminding them that they are not.

When you move and the people around you do not…. they can be threatened because it is something they wish they had the courage to do… but they don’t.  They are stagnant.  Whether it’s due to fear, lack of knowledge, finances, outside circumstances or something else…. They stay still and “not move’’.  They are stagnant.

Some people praise you for your movement while others separate, get vindictive and cause ill repute for you.  They’re jealous.  They want to put you down, question your decision, ask if you’re crazy…lol.  They may jeopardize, threaten or ridicule your choice.  Let them.  That’s on them.

I know for me I have envy when someone opens a small business, I struggle with envy right there, in that spot.  Owning a small shoppe or boutique is something I desire, and I wish I had the ability to make it happen.  I wish I had the hootspa to step out, to set the goal and to begin to make it happen, but I don’t…  and in that, I find, that their movement is a representation of my stagnation.

Did the rubber meet the road right there?  Is this thing that creates stagnation in your life more important than anything else?  Are you sick and tired of selling out on yourself?  Or is it a pipe dream because you really do love your life and when it comes right down to it, you just want the stagnation right now?  Then stay right where you are. And be okay with it.

But if you are frustrated and struggling with where you are and desire movement… then it is time.  Time to take yourself on.  Time to ask questions, learn more, take notes, investigate, research, learn. Whatever it will take for you to have movement.  Just start.
